We enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was conveniently located near the skiing slopes and offered free shuttle service. The staff were nice, spoke English and were very helpful. The ski rental and lift tickets were reasonably priced. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast was excellent.

Well-organized ski area. Easy navigation. Great onsen and comfortable room temperature. Free shuttle service from Echigo-Yuzawa station. Next to ski resort with activities for kids. Grand and majestic exterior design. Amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable ski rental and lift ticket prices

The area around the hotel is quite lovely and perfect for outdoor activities. , the hotel shuttle bus is an excellent feature and helpful to get around the area easily.
This hotel is quite old, and the rooms are in poor condition with a lot of wear and tear. The air conditioning in the rooms was also not working very well, making the stay uncomfortable.

We had a great skiing weekend in the mountains, staying at a convenient location right on the slopes. The shuttle service to the nearest station was a helpful feature. We found the hotel to be very comfortable, with some rooms offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The free storage area and gear rental made it easy for us to enjoy the slopes without worrying about our belongings.
The buffet meals offered by the hotel were not very appealing, and the wait times for breakfast was quite long.

Big and grand architecture, situated in a great location near a ski resort, accommodating staff. We had a great time exploring the hotel and enjoying its scenery. The building was grand, like something out of Europe, which was great given how affordable it was. The hotel had a shuttle service that took us directly to the ski resort, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly.
Outdated rooms and facilities, buffet style meals could be better. The hotel rooms were a bit outdated, but still cozy and clean.
